Chris Adams is a seventh generation Floridian and a fourth consecutive generation in his family to specialize in commercial real estate. Chris grew up in Winter Haven, Florida, and received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Florida State University, with a major in Business Real Estate and a minor in Economics.
In 2012, Chris joined NAI Realvest in Orlando where he executed sales and leases exceeding over $100 million over ten years. In 2022, Chris founded I4 Properties Group with the goal of providing superior service and local expertise to create long- term relationships with anyone looking to buy, sell, lease, or invest in commercial real estate in the state of Florida.
